Caris Life Sciences seeks a Director of Molecular Science Liaisons to build and lead a nationwide MSL team that communicates the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence to physicians, scientists, and other stakeholders. The role centers on face-to-face discussions with KOLs and oversight of training, staffing, and field education.

The ideal candidate has a PhD/MD/PharmD in a relevant biology field and at least 3 years of management experience, with strong communication and an ability to operate in

Qualifications

• Ph.D., PharmD, or MD in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular and cellular biology or equivalent training and experience.
• 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the MSL team on a day-to-day basis.
• Provide recommendations on national staffing plans.
• Create and coordinate training and enablement to ensure MSLs have up-to-date information.
• Track MSL activity and customer interactions.
• Act as a conduit between the medical community and Caris Life Sciences for products and needs.
• Conduct medical and scientific education and support for field organization.
• Present clinical data to physician sites and conferences within region or nationally.
• Attend POA/Commercial meetings and key relationship-building events.
• Promote CMI to physician sites across the United States.
• Support and present at molecular tumor board meetings.
• Read current literature to maintain oncology field knowledge.
• Assist with related duties and special projects for sales/POA/marketing.
