Job summary

Caris Life Sciences seeks a Director - Molecular Science Liaisons to establish and lead a national team of MSLs, communicating the value of Caris Molecular Intelligence to physicians, scientists, and other stakeholders in oncology.

The role requires a Ph.D./MD/PharmD and 3+ years of management experience, with preference for pharma or clinical lab background, strong communication, and travel readiness. Salary range is $190,000–$210,000 with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Ph.D., PharmD, or M.D. in a biological science related to pharmacology, cancer biology, or molecular and cellular biology or equivalent training and experience required.
• 3+ years of management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the MSL team on a day-to-day basis.
• Provide recommendations on national staffing plans.
• Create and coordinate training and enablement initiatives for the MSL team.
• Track MSL activities and customer interactions.
• Engage in field training and regional speaking engagements with physicians.
