MoonLake Immunotherapeutics seeks a Director of Medical Education to craft and execute national to local HCP education programs for hidradenitis suppurativa. You will translate clinical evidence into scalable educational content, build a speaker bureau, and manage agency partnerships while ensuring compliance and appropriate non-promotional scientific exchange.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree (MSc, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD) strongly preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive biopharmaceutical experience with commercial HCP education, peer-to-peer marketing, or speaker bureau management.

Mansioni

• Lead strategy, development, and execution of HCP education and peer-to-peer engagement.
• Build and manage speaker bureau, educational content, and agency partnerships.
• Oversee cross-functional collaboration to integrate education into launch plans.
• Ensure programs are scientifically accurate, compliant, and aligned with regulatory status.
• Define KPIs, evaluate results with Insights & Analytics, and optimize content and resource allocation.
