Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics seeks a Director of Patient Marketing to develop and execute the patient marketing strategy for hidradenitis suppurativa (HS). The role translates patient insights into education, engagement, and brand experiences, and partners with HCP Marketing, Patient Services, Market Access, and Medical to address barriers across the patient journey.

The role leads patient campaign development, agency management, and budget oversight, ensuring early education remains pre-approval

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Advanced degree strongly preferred (MSc, MBA, PhD, PharmD, or MD).
• 8+ years of commercial experience in biotech/pharma with patient or consumer marketing responsibility.
• Experience launching products and managing budgets and agencies.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute patient marketing strategy for HS launch.
• Lead patient campaign development, resources, and messaging.
• Coordinate with HCP Marketing, Patient Services, Market Access, Medical, and cross-functional teams.
• Manage agencies, creative briefs, timelines, and budgets.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and optimization plans with Analytics.
