Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics in the United States is seeking a Director of Patient Marketing to develop and execute a comprehensive patient marketing strategy for hidradenitis suppurativa.

You will translate patient insights into education, engagement, and brand experiences, partnering with HCP Marketing, Patient Services, Market Access, Medical, Sales, and other teams to address barriers along the patient journey.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in biotech/pharma marketing with patient or consumer focus.
• Experience shaping patient marketing strategy and product launches.
• Experience translating qualitative and quantitative patient research into decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute patient marketing strategy for HS launch.
• Lead patient campaigns, messaging, and education development.
• Coordinate cross-functional plans with HCP Marketing, Patient Services, Market Access, Medical, and Sales.
• Oversee agency briefs, creative development, and budget management.
• Establish and monitor KPIs and dashboards to optimize launch performance.
