Job summary

MoonLake Immunotherapeutics seeks an Associate Director for Peer-to-Peer & Medical Education to shape HCP education around hidradenitis suppurativa. You will translate evidence into peer-to-peer programs, speaker resources, and congress education, building launch-ready speaker bureau capabilities.

You will oversee content development, speaker training, program execution, and collaboration with Compliance, Medical Affairs, and cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, high-quality education

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in life sciences, business, marketing, or a related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PharmD, PhD, or MD) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage speaker bureau capabilities with speaker selection, contracting, onboarding, and training.
• Lead agency development of speaker decks, case-based modules, and training resources; ensure approved materials and fair balance.
• Deliver live, virtual, and hybrid peer-to-peer programs; coordinate scheduling and execution with sales and thought-leader teams.
• Develop approved product theaters and peer-exchange opportunities at national and regional meetings; translate feedback into improvements.
• Align education initiatives with cross-functional teams; ensure review, compliance, and timely resolution of issues.
• Manage education agencies, vendors, budgets, scopes of work, timelines and quality; own forecasts and invoicing.
• Define a measurement framework using dashboards and feedback to optimize content and delivery.
