Job summary

You will translate clinical evidence and brand strategy into engaging peer-to-peer programs, speaker resources, and congress education, while building launch-ready speaker bureau capabilities and overseeing content, training, execution, agency partners, and measurement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences, business, marketing, or related field.
• Advanced degree (MBA, MSc, PharmD, PhD, or MD) preferred.
• 3–5 years in biotech/pharma/HCP marketing or related healthcare agency role.
• Experience developing educational content, managing speaker bureaus, and delivering live/digital HCP programs.
• Experience managing agencies, vendors, budgets, and cross-functional projects; immunology/HS/biologic experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Speaker Bureau Development & Management: build and manage speaker bureau capabilities with onboarding, training, and readiness.
• Educational Content & Speaker Training: develop decks, case-based modules, and training resources; ensure compliant materials.
• Program Execution & Field Enablement: deliver live, virtual, and hybrid programs; coordinate scheduling and resources.
• Congress Education & HCP Insights: develop product theaters and peer-exchange opportunities at meetings; translate advisory input into content improvements.
• Cross-Functional Partnership & Compliance: align with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Sales Training; ensure review/approval and compliance.
• Agency, Vendor & Budget Management: manage agencies and vendors; own budget, forecasts, POs, and invoicing.
• Measurement & Continuous Improvement: define a measurement framework and optimize content and delivery based on data.
