Job summary

Mediacom Communications in West Des Moines, IA, seeks a Director, Multi-Dwelling Units to lead sales and relationship management with property owners, developers, and HOAs in MDUs and private residential communities, including bulk and non-bulk contracts.

You will support Premier Communities Account Managers and contribute to revenue goals, while building partnerships and preparing proposals for residential builds.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Five years outside sales experience preferably B2B, or five years in property management/MDU or HOA environments.
• Ability to motivate and influence both internally and externally.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales goals with Mediacom Business leadership, Sales Manager, PCAMs and Account Executives.
• Assist PCAMs across regions to meet build revenue and margin targets.
• Develop and cultivate relationships with residential owners and managers to ensure Mediacom is preferred.
• Prepare and initiate proposals to Residential Bulk prospects.
• Lead meetings to communicate performance, reinforce expectations, and address questions.
