L'Oreal USA, Inc. is seeking a Master Planning Director to lead a team of MPS planners and drive operational excellence across the OMA footprint. You will partner with divisional directors to optimize units, forecast accuracy, and financial performance.

This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and the ability to influence across functions while delivering on KPIs and cost objectives. Hybrid work with on-site presence and travel expectations.

Qualifications

• Comfortable managing conflict, problem solving, influencing, and negotiating.
• Excellent communication skills to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
• Exceptional organizational skills to manage documentation, materials, and complexity.
• Approximately 10% travel requirement.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct leadership, coaching, and performance management for a team of MPS planners.
• Drive operational excellence to deliver KPIs and support strategic initiatives for OMA.
• Collaborate with divisional directors to define priorities and roadmaps for MSC/OMA.
• Identify bottlenecks and deploy creative solutions with cross-functional partners.
• Present monthly/yearly financial results for the OMA production plan and units.
