L'Oreal USA, Inc. is seeking a Manager, Demand Planning in Hudson Yards, NY. The role partners with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Finance to forecast all SKUs, ensuring consistency of assumptions across the business unit and aligning with promotional plans and new launches.

The position requires 5+ years in forecasting within consumer goods, strong analytical skills, and experience with MS Office/Excel; Power BI and SAP experience are a plus. Hybrid work with in-office days is offered.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field preferred.
• Minimum 5 years in Fast Moving Consumer Goods with forecasting experience.
• Strong analytical and communication skills; proficient in MS Office and Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Manage a 15-month rolling forecast for financial, production and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing and Finance to develop accurate forecasts.
• Lead forecast consensus meetings and monitor performance vs. forecast.
• Analyze SKU effectiveness and plan to minimize stockouts and excess inventory.
• Support action plans to reduce obsolete inventory and align with zero-destruction goals.
