L'Oréal USA, Inc. in Clark, NJ is seeking a Manager of Materials Supply Planning. You will oversee MRP processes, manage supplier delivery and inventory, and support launch and production planning. Leadership in a cross-functional environment will be essential.

The role requires 5+ years in manufacturing (cosmetics preferred), SAP experience, and strong Excel skills. The position offers a hybrid work model with three days in the office and two days remote, plus comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry or Supply Chain required.
• SAP Experience preferred.
• 5+ years experience in manufacturing – cosmetics industry preferred.
• Strong MS Excel proficiency (data analysis, pivot tables) required.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.
• Strong leadership, project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain an optimized level of components inventory.
• Manage and review MRP and action messages to initiate supply chain requirements.
• Place orders and verify delivery with suppliers.
• Track delivery of components for new product and open stock production.
• Provide solutions to bottlenecks in the supply chain.
