Job summary

Newrez is seeking a Director of Marketing Analytics to lead campaign segmentation, predictive modeling, and test-and-learn experimentation that informs acquisition, retention, and pipeline performance. This role blends business ownership with hands-on data science, partnering with the Campaign Strategy team to translate model outputs into campaign segmentation and dialer execution.

Strong leadership and communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years’ experience in related field.
• 3+ years’ prior supervisory experience.
• Demonstrated experience building predictive/ML models and leading structured experimentation (A/B, multivariate) in a marketing context.

Responsibilities

• Perform data analytics to generate insights for enhancing marketing and volume; create visualizations and reports (Tableau).
• Monitor health of marketing contribution to pipeline, acquisition and penetration.
• Evaluate data science tooling, platforms, and infrastructure for scalable modeling and experimentation.
• Design, build, and maintain predictive/ML models driving marketing acquisition, retention and pipeline decisioning.
• Own the marketing experimentation function: design, execute, and govern A/B and multivariate tests with statistical rigor.
