Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in an analytical or quantitative discipline, or related STEM field.
• Graduate degree preferred.
• 5+ years of related experience as a data analyst in a financial setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead projects to improve operational performance and client service.
• Retrieve data from data warehouse and perform query optimization.
• Mentor team members in SQL programming and data visualization.
• Present findings to management and performance managers.
• Monitor key operational metrics and drive data-driven improvements.
• Collaborate with operations and clients to implement new strategies.
