Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics.
• Strong SQL proficiency.
• Experience with BI and visualization tools like Tableau or Sigma.
• Proven ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable insights for senior leadership.
• Experience with analytical modeling techniques (segmentation, driver analysis).
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Attention to data accuracy and detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex analyses to identify trends, root causes, and opportunities.
• Develop clear, structured narratives for stakeholders.
• Partner with stakeholders to define questions and influence decisions.
• Own performance analyses across recapture, lead flow, conversion, revenue.
• Apply models and decision frameworks to prioritize opportunities.
• Lead analytical workstreams from problem definition to delivery.
• Create dashboards and executive summaries.
• Mentor junior analysts on best practices.
