Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative or related field is required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in data science.
• Experience with marketing data and analytics is required.
• Strong SQL, Python, and Databricks skills.
• Proven leadership and people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop and roadmap Data Science projects aligned with business objectives.
• Lead a team of 5 data scientists and analysts to deliver impactful models.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to understand business needs.
• Execute a model strategy to improve accuracy and business outcomes.
• Drive personalization and targeting to improve customer engagement.
• Lead forecasting model development and production execution.
• Prepare presentations for senior leaders with key insights.
