Newrez LLC seeks a Senior Strategic Analytics Analyst to lead data-driven decision making across the organization. You will work with large datasets, partner with senior stakeholders, and deliver actionable insights that influence strategy and priorities.

Responsibilities include advanced analysis, storytelling, and mentoring while driving performance across key areas such as recapture, lead flow, conversion, and revenue.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in data analysis or business analytics.
• Strong proficiency in SQL and BI/tools such as Tableau or Sigma.
• Experience leading structured analyses to identify trends and insights.
• Ability to translate analysis into clear narratives for senior leadership.
• Experience with segmentation, driver analysis, and decision frameworks.
