Job summary

BEUMER Group is seeking a Project Manager to lead the Products segment in North America. You will coordinate a multi-disciplinary team, manage scope, schedule, budget, and risks while interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders.

You will drive project delivery across cement, building materials, and logistics sectors, ensuring quality, safety, and timely closure of projects, with opportunities for travel up to 25% and PMP certification preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical field; or 5+ years industrial PM experience.
• Experience delivering projects in mechatronic/industrial automation sectors.
• Strong technical background (electrical/mechanical) and commercial acumen.
• Familiarity with PMO standards and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead tender engagement with sales and engineering teams.
• Manage projects from contract to handover to Customer Support.
• Oversee project portfolio across multiple industries with budgets from $50k to $5M.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets; provide monthly status reports.
