BEUMER Group is seeking a hands-on Project Manager for North America, overseeing the Products segment across industries including cement, building materials, and petrochemicals. You will coordinate Sales, Engineering, and Customer Support to deliver projects from tender to handover, managing scope, budget, and schedule while leading cross-functional teams.

The role requires a technical engineering background, PMP certification or progression, and willingness to travel up to 25%.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent with 5+ years industrial PM experience.
• PMP certification required or to obtain within one year.
• Experience delivering projects in mechatronic/industrial automation.
• Strong technical background (electrical, mechanical, or similar).
• Strong contractual and commercial knowledge to manage projects as per contract terms.
• Travel up to 25% as part of global team involvement.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with Sales and engineering during tendering/sales phase.
• Manage projects from contract signed to handover to Customer Support.
• Oversee a portfolio of projects from $50k to $5,000,000.
• Plan and execute using BEUMER Stage Gate model.
• Communicate with customers and stakeholders for transparency and commitment.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary project team through lifecycle.
• Manage scope, supply chain, changes, and risks.
• Develop and update project schedules and budgets.
• Prepare monthly status reports and financial documentation.
• Visit construction sites for progress meetings as required.
• Close out projects with complete documentation and records.
• Support QSHE to meet safety and environmental standards.
