Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in a related field.
• 8+ years in lending, loan processing or mortgage operations.
• Experience leading operational or processing teams.
• Strong knowledge of transaction management and workflow oversight.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and efficiency.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, develop, and mentor processing and operations professionals.
• Oversee loan pipelines to meet deadlines and efficiency targets.
• Establish procedures, service standards, and quality controls.
• Identify opportunities to increase scalability, productivity, and accuracy.
• Serve as escalation point for complex transactions.
• Partner with underwriting, origination, servicing, compliance, accounting, and tech teams to improve workflow.
• Manage relationships with third-party vendors and service providers.
• Monitor KPIs and provide operational insights to leadership.
• Support implementation of technology, automation, and workflow enhancements.
