Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee the liability-focused Staff Counsel offices and litigation practice.
• Lead hiring, performance appraisals, and salary adjustments for staff.
• Ensure licensing, CLE compliance, and professional standards across offices.
• Coordinate with Claims management and drive operational improvement and budgets.
• Lead annual business planning, staffing projections, and cost reduction efforts.
