Qualifications

• Active bar license in at least one state.
• Twelve years of litigation experience, insurance defense or personal injury focus.
• Senior-level management experience required.
• Experience managing attorneys and legal staff in multi-office or high-volume settings.
• Commercial litigation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead Staff Counsel offices with high performance and accountability.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies aligned with GEICO's goals.
• Provide mentorship and professional development for team members.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to shape policy and ensure compliance.
• Oversee litigation case management from initiation to resolution.
