The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and at least 8 years of information technology experience with 5 years in management, plus strong collaboration and communication skills to work with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee system-wide operations for IT program management, IT training, quality assurance, and business intelligence.
• Design and implement efficient IT services, drive revenue enhancements, monitor expenses and benchmark performance.
• Manage staff and subcontractors to ensure high-quality, timely IT delivery and governance.
• Lead day-to-day resource management activities including scheduling, work plans, risk and issue tracking.
• Develop staff through performance reviews, coaching, and professional growth initiatives.
• Define and implement Project Management standards and best practices across the enterprise.
• Develop tools and processes for project inventories, prioritization, reporting and financial planning.
