Job summary

St. Elizabeth Healthcare is seeking a leader to direct the IT program management office, define PM standards, and align IT initiatives with corporate goals. This role oversees IT training, personnel, and process improvements to ensure reliable, high-quality service across the enterprise.

You will manage staff and vendors, establish governance, and drive budget planning while promoting collaboration and patient-focused outcomes.

Qualifications

• Eight years of information system experience with at least five years management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the system-wide operations for IT program management, IT training, quality assurance, and business intelligence for the enterprise.
• Manage staff and subcontractors to ensure IT value is provided to the organization.
• Define and implement Project Management standards and best practices.
• Develop and maintain relationships to ensure customer service and high quality patient care.
• Create and control designated operating and capital budgets including reporting.
