Qualifications

• Ideally 10+ years leading complex technology programs or strategic initiatives with measurable results.
• Ability to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and take decisive action in evolving environments.
• Proven success influencing outcomes across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
• Strong business, financial, and operational acumen with senior stakeholders.
• Experience managing enterprise initiatives with high visibility and vendor relationships.
• Experience building operating models, governance, or delivery practices; AI familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, enterprise-critical initiatives with significant organizational impact and executive visibility.
• Take end-to-end ownership of initiative health and outcomes, driving decisions, accountability, and forward momentum.
• Proactively orchestrate work across business and technology, identifying dependencies and risks before delivery challenges.
• Establish structure and accountability when processes or ownership are evolving.
• Provide leadership across initiatives, directing and influencing project and program managers.
• Influence functional leaders and partners to drive decisions and remove obstacles.
• Offer actionable recommendations and solutions rather than just reporting issues.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, communicating initiative health, risks, decisions, and opportunities.
• Strengthen how strategic initiatives are managed by establishing sustainable practices that improve execution.
