Qualifications
- 10+ years leading complex technology programs, portfolios, or strategic initiatives.
- Ability to identify opportunities, anticipate challenges, and take decisive action.
- Influence outcomes across matrixed organizations without direct authority.
- Strong business, financial, and operational acumen.
- Experience with executives and high-visibility initiatives.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
- Experience managing strategic vendor and consulting relationships.
- Enterprise-wide initiatives with significant organizational impact.
- Experience building operating models, governance structures, or delivery practices.
- Familiarity with AI, emerging technologies, and enterprise portfolio tools.
Responsibilities
- Lead complex, enterprise-critical initiatives with executive visibility.
- Own initiative health and drive decisions, accountability, and momentum.
- Coordinate across business and tech groups, identifying dependencies and risks.
- Create structure and clarity when processes or ownership evolve.
- Provide leadership to project and program managers across workstreams.
- Influence leaders and partners to remove obstacles and achieve outcomes.
- Provide actionable recommendations rather than just reporting issues.
- Act as trusted advisor to senior leaders, communicating health and risks clearly.
- Strengthen strategic initiatives through sustainable delivery practices.
