PGIM Quantitative Solutions, the global asset management business of Prudential, invites a Director, Business Analysis to lead strategic requirements and scalable technology solutions for investment platforms.

You will partner with Investment Management, Trading, Operations, Product Owners and Technology to establish consistent BA practices, define outcomes, and ensure traceability from concept through production readiness.

Qualificações

• 10+ years in BA, financial services or investment management.
• Strong front-to-back investment lifecycle understanding.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with Agile methods, backlog management and UAT.

Responsabilidades

• Lead BA activities across investment platforms and tech initiatives.
• Define business outcomes, requirements, user stories, and data needs.
• Ensure traceability and governance across the delivery lifecycle.
• Facilitate workshops, manage dependencies, and mitigate risks.
• Coach analysts and drive continuous improvement in BA practices.
