- Monitor KPIs, report progress to senior leadership, and optimize program impact.
- Lead and manage enterprise-wide programs and special projects for PGIM Technology.
- Coordinate with finance, audit, procurement, and HR to ensure alignment and accountability.
- Support communication planning and execution for major initiatives.
