Job summary
PGIM Quantitative Solutions is seeking a Director of Business Analysis to lead strategic BA capabilities supporting investment management and technology platforms. You will liaise across Investment Management, Trading, Operations, Product Owners, Technology, Risk, Compliance, and external partners to translate priorities into scalable technology solutions.
The role requires deep investment-domain knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to drive initiatives from concept through production
Qualifications
- 10+ years in Business Analysis or related roles.
- 4–6+ years Eagle STAR technical experience.
- Strong understanding of front‑to‑back investment lifecycle.
- Experience leading complex cross‑functional initiatives.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership for business analysis across investment management and technology platforms.
- Lead requirements gathering, user stories, process flows, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
- Ensure traceability, governance, and alignment with business objectives.
- Coordinate with Product Owners, senior leaders, engineering, and risk/compliance teams.
- Oversee UAT, validation, and post‑production stabilization.
- Develop reusable BA standards, templates, and governance practices.
