Prudential Financial, Inc. is seeking a Director, Business Analysis for PGIM Quantitative Solutions.

You will lead a team of BAs supporting investment platforms, ensuring clear requirements, scalable technology solutions, and strong governance across Portfolio Management, Trading, Compliance, Operations, and Accounting. You will partner with Product Owners and senior leaders, manage dependencies, and drive initiatives from concept through deployment and production readiness.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience translating complex business needs into requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Experience leading cross-functional BA and technology initiatives across investment platforms.
• Strong QA, testing, and production-readiness oversight.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership and oversight of business analysis across investment management and technology platforms.
• Lead requirements governance, traceability, and cross-platform dependency management.
• Coordinate discovery sessions, workshops, and solution discussions with stakeholders and partners.
• Oversee development of requirements, user stories, data requirements, and acceptance criteria.
• Support backlog management, roadmap, and prioritization for Product Owners.
• Ensure testing strategy, UAT, and production validation are thorough and aligned with requirements.
