You will lead cross-functional programs, coordinate with Finance, Audit, Compliance, Procurement, Sourcing, and HR, and report progress through KPIs and OKRs.

The role requires leadership across geographies, strong communication, and a bias for action to build inclusive, future-ready workforces while delivering measurable impact.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic program leadership, workforce planning, or talent development.
• Proven success in managing enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple geographies.
• Strong understanding of technology and global services functions.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled learning platforms and modern talent development tools is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action.
• Collaborative leader who thrives in matrixed environments.
• Passion for building inclusive and future-ready workforces.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute enterprise-wide programs shaping technology transformation at PGIM.
• Coordinate activities across corporate centers including finance, audit, compliance, procurement, sourcing, and HR.
• Monitor KPIs, report progress to senior leadership, and optimize program impact.
• Manage budgeting and forecasting, contract management, and workforce planning.
• Prepare and communicate program status and OKRs; support leadership presentations.
