Job summary

Prudential Financial's PGIM Technology division seeks a Director of Strategic Initiatives to lead enterprise-wide technology transformation programs across global teams. You will coordinate budgets, forecasts, contracts, and workforce planning, reporting metrics and OKRs to senior leadership.

The role requires 10+ years in strategic program leadership, exceptional communication, and collaborative leadership in matrixed environments, with a focus on building inclusive, future-ready workforces.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in strategic program leadership, workforce planning, or talent development.
• Proven success in managing enterprise-wide initiatives across multiple geographies.
• Strong understanding of technology and global services functions.
• Exceptional communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills.
• Experience with AI-enabled learning platforms and modern talent development tools is a plus.
• Strategic thinker with a bias for action.
• Collaborative leader who thrives in matrixed environments.
• Passion for building inclusive and future-ready workforces.

Responsibilities

• Drive cross-functional initiatives that support organizational transformation and capability building.
• Monitor KPIs, report progress to senior leadership, and continuously optimize program impact.
• Change the Business program management.
• Head of Technology’s presentations and special projects.
• GTO/PGIM Leadership Partner.
• Events (Innovate, Town Halls, Intern/New Hire, Recruiting).
