Influential is seeking an Associate Director, Integrated Strategy in NYC to architect integrated creator strategy and lead client engagements for select Professional Hair Care brands. You will partner with senior leaders to drive efficiencies, maximize value from Paid Creator, and oversee multiple workstreams with a data-informed mindset.

Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of experience in influencer/creator marketing, social strategy and/or digital strategy
• Experience working with professional hair care brands and managing programs involving salon professionals, educators, or beauty influencers is highly desirable
• Minimum of 2 years of direct-management experience
• Deep understanding of creator/influencer ecosystems, social platforms (TikTok, Meta, YouTube), and emerging trends
• Hands-on experience with platforms related to influencer marketing and social listening/analytics

Responsabilités

• Serve as the main point of contact for Brand Client(s) across creator programs, ensuring clarity and excellence in execution
• Provide exceptional client service and a white-glove experience that builds long-term trust
• Lead strategic A&I planning and client briefs alongside cross-functional teams
• Oversee multiple workstreams and ensure cross-functional collaboration
• Translate brand priorities into actionable creator-first strategies that drive awareness and conversions
• Develop and guide integrated creator strategy including creator mix and platform approach
• Translate reporting outputs into insights and strategic recommendations
• Provide data-informed recommendations to evolve creator strategy
• Maintain expert understanding of creator landscape and beauty space
• Partner with senior leadership to ensure excellence and share/align with peers
• Manage and mentor a team to grow the next generation of strategic leaders
• This role requires NYC-based in-person meetings 1-2 times per month
