• Experience establishing KPIs and implementing strategic plans.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with GM and leadership to develop operational goals.
• Develop a well-trained and engaged workforce.
• Lead staffing, training, and performance evaluations of the sales team.
• Implement strategies to achieve organization goals.
• Lead field forecasting and ensure accurate forecasts.
• Inspect sales activity for quality and quantity.
• Supervise sales team activities regarding service.
• Implement strategic plans to improve customer conversion ratios.
• Resolve sales-related customer complaints.
• Monitor customer preferences for sales focus.
