Job summary

AltaMed Health Services is seeking a Director of Individual Giving to lead the strategic annual giving program and manage a portfolio of leadership gift prospects. This role ensures a seamless donor journey from first-time donor to leadership donor and drives multi-channel fundraising initiatives.

The position requires a Bachelor's degree and a track record of 7+ years in nonprofit fundraising, including leadership experience. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 7+ years nonprofit fundraising experience, 3 years in leadership annual giving solicitation.
• Experience with directing fundraising programs and achieving revenue targets.
• Experience leading multi-channel fundraising campaigns.
• Experience mentoring team members.
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, integrate, and grow the individual annual giving program.
• Oversee a portfolio of leadership annual gift prospects ($1,000–$9,999).
• Ensure a seamless donor journey from first-time donor to leadership donor.
