You will oversee a portfolio of leadership gifts ranging from $1,000 to $9,999, stewarding donors from first gift to leadership giving while leading a small team and collaborating across development, programs, and marketing. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 7 years of nonprofit fundraising experience, of which 3 years is direct, face-to-face leadership annual giving solicitation experience required.
• Proven experience with the direct management of fundraising programs, with an emphasis on annual fund, and achieving fundraising revenue targets.
• Management of successful multi-channel fundraising campaigns is required.
• Experience leading a team and mentoring individual contributors.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Responsabilités
