Zusammenfassung

AltaMed seeks a visionary Director of Prospect Development to architect and lead a strategic donor research ecosystem, combining advanced analytics, capacity modeling, and portfolio optimization to maximize principal gift revenue. You will partner with the Foundation’s leadership to drive data-informed decisions and build a high‑impact team.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree in business, data analytics, computer science, or related field required (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum of 8 years of professional fundraising/advancement experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience supervising teams and managing enterprise-level initiatives.
• Mastery of APRA Body of Knowledge Level II; experience with California CMIA or FQHC environment.
• Experience with prospect research platforms and CRM systems (iWave, LexisNexis, WealthEngine; Raiser’s Edge NXT, Salesforce).
• Strong data analysis, statistical methods, and business intelligence skills.
