Job summary

Creative Artists Agency (CAA) seeks a Director of HRIS to steer governance and optimization of HR information systems, focusing on Workday. You will bridge HR, Finance and Technology to support workforce operations, reporting, compliance, and strategic decisions.

You will lead configuration, data governance, and analytics, driving continuous improvement of HR tech capabilities and scalable people processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute HRIS strategy for Workday HCM with governance and scalability.
• Lead HR technology roadmap, integrations, and upgrades.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Payroll and IT to enable operational efficiency.
• Oversee Workday configuration across Core HCM, Compensation, Talent, Recruiting, Learning.
• Ensure Workday supports job architecture, workforce planning, and compensation cycles.
• Manage Workday releases, testing cycles and updates.
• Establish data governance, compliance, and audit controls for HR systems.
• Develop dashboards and analytics using Workday reporting tools for data-driven decisions.
• Oversee Workday integrations with payroll and benefits vendors; manage vendor relationships.
• Identify opportunities to streamline HR processes through tech and automation.
• Lead and grow a team of HRIS analysts and specialists with strong PM discipline.
