CACI International Inc. seeks a Workday HRIS Team Lead to mentor the HRIS team, set strategy, and align Workday solutions with organizational goals. You will be the subject matter expert for Workday HCM and Recruiting, guiding configuration and process optimization.

You will manage HRIS projects, coordinate with HR, IT, and Talent Management, ensure data integrity, deliver user training, and stay current with Workday updates to maximize system capabilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of HRIS experience, with at least 3+ years in a Workday environment.
• Proven expertise in Workday Recruiting modules, including configuration, reporting, and process design.
• Strong leadership and project management skills.
• Experience with system integrations and data management.

Responsabilités

• Lead, mentor, and develop the HRIS team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
• Serve as the subject matter expert for Workday HCM, and Workday Recruiting, providing guidance on configuration, process optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Manage and prioritize HRIS projects, including system upgrades, integrations, and enhancements.
• Work with HR, Talent Acquisition, Compensation, Talent Management, and IT to define business needs and develop Workday solutions.
• Monitor system performance, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous improvement across HRIS functions.
• Develop and deliver training for HRIS users, focusing on best practices for Workday HCM, Recruiting and Compensation.
• Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to ensure compliance and maximize system capabilities.
