Responsibilities

• Oversee plans, budgets, vendor relationships, and risks.
• Evaluate HR tech solutions and recommend platforms and enhancements.
• Provide leadership for Workday configurations, security, reporting, and integrations.
• Lead change-management and user adoption for new systems.
