Job summary

Tanium is seeking an experienced Director, HRBP to be a strategic people partner to senior leaders across a major business function. You will advise executives on organization design, talent, performance, change, and you will resolve the most complex people issues.

You will shape the people strategy and set HRBP standards across the team. You will partner with leaders to design and deliver targeted solutions, drive engagement, and use data to influence decisions while mentoring HRBPs and guiding

Qualifications

At least 10 years of HR experience in the business, with ≥5 years as an HRBP or equivalent.
Ability to design scalable people programs aligned with business strategy.
Experience leading change management, leadership development, and employee relations.
Experience in both fast-growing tech firms and established organizations.
Strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Advise senior leaders, including C-level, on organization design, talent, performance, and change.
Coach executives and resolve complex people issues.
Partner with leadership to design and deliver talent programs and engagement initiatives.
Translate business strategy into HR priorities and workforce plans.
Lead cross-functional HR programs across global teams.
Monitor employee engagement and raise risks to senior leaders.
Mentor and develop HR Business Partners to raise practice standards.
