Job summary

Tanium is seeking an experienced Director, HRBP to serve as a strategic people partner to senior leaders of a major business function. You will advise executives on organization design, talent, performance, and change, shaping the people strategy for your organization and setting the standard for HRBP practice across the team.

You will join a highly collaborative group, move fast with confidence, and report to the VP, Human Resources.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent through education and experience.
At least 10 years in HR, with 5+ years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent.
Ability to deliver scalable people programs aligned with business needs.
Experience in fast-growing tech and established orgs, with strong documentation skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders, coaching on leadership and team effectiveness.
Oversee talent planning, organizational design, coaching, engagement, change management, and rewards.
Partner with executives to design and deliver targeted HR solutions and strategic planning.
Translate business strategy into HR priorities and oversee workforce planning.
Lead cross-functional projects and mentor HR Business Partners across the team.
