Job summary

Tanium is seeking an experienced Director, HRBP to serve as a strategic people partner to senior leaders of a major business function. You will advise executives on organization design, talent, performance, and change, resolving complex people issues and building strong teams.

You will shape the people strategy for your organization, set HRBP standards, and work with leaders across the company. This role reports to the VP, Human Resources and requires hybrid work in multiple US locations.

Qualifications

• At least 10 years of HR experience with business partnership.
• Experience coaching executives and leaders on org design and change.
• Track record building programs for talent planning and engagement.
• Strong understanding of HR policies, compliance, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, including C-level executives, coaching leadership and talent decisions.
• Shape and execute people programs: talent planning, org design, coaching, engagement, change management, and rewards.
• Partner with executive leadership to design and deliver targeted solutions and anticipate people implications of business decisions.
• Develop engagement programs aligned with business needs and enhance employee experience.
• Use people data to influence decisions and measure results.
• Mentor and develop HR Business Partners and raise the standard of HRBP practice.
