Job summary

Tanium is seeking an experienced Director, HRBP to act as a strategic partner to senior leaders. You will advise on organization design, talent, performance, and change while resolving complex people issues to build strong teams and enable employee growth.

You will shape the people strategy for your organization and set the standard for HRBP practices across the team. This role reports to the VP, Human Resources and requires fast, confident decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• 10+ years HR experience with at least 5 years as an HR Business Partner or equivalent.
• Experience contributing to scalable people programs aligned with business strategy.
• Ability to partner and lead change management with coaching and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong documentation skills and ability to translate business strategy into HR priorities.
• Experience in fast-growing tech environments and established organizations.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders, coaching on leadership, team effectiveness, and tough people decisions.
• Coach leaders and resolve complex organizational challenges with people solutions.
• Shape and execute people programs: talent planning, org design, coaching, engagement, change management, rewards.
• Partner with executives to design and deliver strategic HR solutions and anticipate people implications.
• Develop engagement programs aligned with business needs to enhance employee experience.
• Use data to influence executive decisions and measure outcomes.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, Talent Development, Organizational Development or similar field
