Job summary

Ladders is seeking a Director, HRBP to partner with senior leaders in shaping people strategies that drive organizational performance. The role focuses on workforce planning, employee experience, and enterprise-wide transformation, while guiding HR teams and cross-functional collaboration to deliver measurable results.

The position reports to executive stakeholders, with a mandate to advance workforce initiatives and global HR programs.

Qualifications

• Master's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of progressive HR experience consulting C-suite executives in technology environments, ideally in manufacturing.
• 8+ years of leadership or team management experience.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a strategic thought partner and advisor to the business.
• Consult with C-suite executives on HR strategies and initiatives.
• Lead and manage HR teams to drive results and accountability.
• Develop and implement global HR strategies for continuous improvement.
