This onsite role in Melbourne, FL leads a team of HR professionals to shape talent strategy, culture, and organizational capability across multiple sites. The ideal candidate drives workforce planning, leadership development, and change management with strong business judgment and measurable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required; Graduate Degree preferred.
• Minimum 13–15+ years of HR experience depending on degree equivalency.
• Experience leading HR strategies across performance management and engagement.
• Experience guiding organizational design, workforce planning and change management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to operate in complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR business partner strategy for a multi-site division within Space Systems Sector.
• Partner with senior leaders to align talent strategy with business priorities.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing HR team.
• Advise on organizational design, workforce planning, succession and development.
• Utilize metrics and analytics to inform decisions and improve performance.
• Drive staffing, engagement, compensation, and retention initiatives.
• Champion inclusive, high-accountability culture across the division.
