Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 15 years of progressive experience in human resources; graduate degree with 13 years of progressive HR experience.
• Prior experience as an HR business partner is required.
• Experience in change management, performance management and employee engagement is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert support to senior leaders and employees, partnering with HR leaders to implement strategic initiatives.
• Lead engagement, talent acquisition and development, organizational effectiveness and design.
• Diagnose complex issues and implement root-cause solutions to improve engagement and experience.
• Ensure consistent application of HR processes aligned with business priorities.
• Develop workforce and staffing plans to ensure availability of human capital.
• Use metrics to drive decisions on acquisition, retention, and development.
• Coach and counsel leaders; build relationships with HRBPs to influence priorities.
• Lead HR initiatives at the sector level and mentor HR leaders.
