Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 4+ years of related HR experience, or graduate degree with 2+ years.
• Experience in HR partnership within a matrixed environment.
• Ability to obtain US government clearance.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary HR Business Partner for designated client groups within the Intel & Cyber sector.
• Support the Microelectronics Division, Tactical Products, and Force Protection business areas on HR matters.
• Provide data analysis and HR project management support for sector initiatives.
• Partner with leadership to drive talent actions, workforce planning, and succession planning across a cleared workforce.
• Coach leaders to address human and operational workplace issues.
• Lead talent solutions in acquisition, development, engagement, retention, and succession planning.
• Travel up to 10% and ability to obtain US government clearance.
