Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or higher in a relevant field; 9+ years HR exp required or 7+ with graduate degree.
• Experience with HRIS, talent management platforms, and collaboration tools.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary day-to-day HR contact for frontline employees in the SMS segment.
• Partner with leaders on routine performance management, employee development, and team dynamics.
• Support the implementation of segment-level HR strategies and initiatives within assigned client groups.
• Assist with requisition administration for aligned functions.
• Assist with internal job changes, promotions, and transfers, ensuring proper documentation and alignment with HR/Comp guidelines.
• Partner with Corporate HR, Segment HR COEs, and HR Operations to ensure consistent application of programs and processes.
• Identify recurring themes or issues from the field and provide feedback to influence segment-level HR priorities.
• Partner with leaders and HRBPs through complex employee relations matters, performance management, and sensitive organizational issues.
• Oversee the monthly people data review process: monitoring trends and collaborating with other functional HRBPs on outcomes.
• Perform data-related tasks including managing employee rosters and auditing within HR systems.
• Lead and execute HR special projects and strategic initiatives.
