Job summary

The Senior Associate, HRBP translates priorities into actionable HR initiatives, leads talent management and leadership development programs, and collaborates with HR and business stakeholders to deliver solutions informed by workforce insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or graduate Degree. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 6 years of prior related experience.
• Proven knowledge across core HR disciplines including talent management, organizational design, workforce planning, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR team in implementing HR initiatives aligned with enterprise priorities.
• Assist with FLDP / CLDP programs and coordination of cross-segment rotation opportunities for all supported functions
• Support talent management activities, including coordinating recruitment for non-executive leadership roles, preparing talent review materials, and maintaining information for succession and workforce planning.
• Leverage workforce data and insights to inform recommendations and support business decision-making
• Support organizational effectiveness and change, including restructurings, workforce transitions, and process improvements
• Partner across HR and the business to deliver consistent, aligned HR solutions
• Drive functional specific projects in support of business need
