• Global experience and ability to influence across regions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as trusted advisor to senior leaders on organizational design and talent strategy.
• Lead succession planning, talent reviews, and leadership development.
• Drive performance management programs and coach leaders on development.
• Partner with compensation/Rewards teams and handle complex employee relations.
